When does my contract start?
Your contract begins immediately upon enrollment.
What will I receive as confirmation?
You will receive a Welcome Package 2-3 weeks from your enrollment date. Your Welcome Package includes:
- Your membership card
- A welcome letter
- A brochure
- Terms & Conditions
- Appliance stickers
Who do I call when I need service?

Is there a limit on the number of service calls I can have in a year?
No, there is no limit on the number of service calls you can have in a year.
Will I be charged a deductible when I have a repair?
No, you will not be charged a deductible for the repairs covered by your Home Protection Plan.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, enroll in our AutoPay service, a simple, safe and secure way to automatically pay your monthly bill.
