Price Match Guarantee
If you receive a written proposal from a licensed contractor with equal product and installation qualifications (see below) within 5 days of receiving our estimate, we’ll match their price and credit you the difference—plus $100. Our guarantee ensures you receive top-tier service and value, backed by certified installers and appropriate permitting.
Conditions of qualification:
- All equipment and materials must be model-for-model.
- Comparable parts and labor warranty must be included.
- Contractor’s proposal must be provided on letterhead.
- Contractor must have valid Maryland HVAC license.
- Contractor must obtain all permits required by jurisdiction.
- Contractor must have Background verification program.
- Contractor must hold a minimum of $1 million in liability insurance.
- Contractor must have individual workers compensation insurance.
