HVAC Service Plans

Constellation Home’s HVAC service plans cover AC, heat pump, heat system and air cleaner and humidifier units. We take care of moving parts, electronics and refrigerant handling. The plans cover both maintaining your system for optimal efficiency and performance as well as handling needed repairs.

Appliance Service Plans

Plans cover kitchen appliances, including your refrigerator, stove, oven range and dishwasher. Also included are your washer and dryer. Well-maintained appliances last longer and operate with greater efficiency.

Plumbing Service Plans

Your pipes and fixtures are under our care in Constellation Home’s plumbing service plans. Licensed local plumbers handle repairs, and you pay nothing for covered parts and labor.

Water Heater Service Plans

Plans cover electric and gas water heaters, including heat pump water heaters and tankless water heaters. You won’t need to worry about leaks or having to take a cold shower.

How Is a Home Service Plan Different From a Home Warranty?

A home service plan from Constellation Home offers more freedom than a traditional home warranty. Home warranty plans rarely let you select the brand of equipment to replace your broken appliance. You also have to pay a deductible before any repairs or replacements take place. And most importantly, home warranty companies don’t have technicians on staff, so you may have to wait for an inconvenient amount of time.

But a home service or protection plan from Constellation Home allows you to choose the brand of your replacement appliance or system. With the exception of our Plumbing and Electrical Plan, we don’t require a deductible. And with Constellation Home, you can be sure that all repairs and replacements will be performed promptly by a certified, licensed technician.

How Is a Home Service Plan Different From Homeowner’s Insurance?

Homeowner’s insurance usually only covers property damage from fires, theft, lightning strikes and other natural disasters. Mechanical failures and system breakdowns are not covered.
