If you receive a written proposal from a contractor with equal product and installation qualification (see below) within 5 days of receiving our written estimate, we’ll complete the work and credit you the difference, plus $50.

Conditions of Qualifications:

- All equipment and materials must be model-for-model.
- Comparable parts and labor warranty must be included.
- Contractor proposal must be provided on letterhead.
- Contractor must have valid Maryland Plumbing license.
- Contractor must obtain all permits required by jurisdiction.
- Contractor must have Background verification program.
- Contractor must hold minimum of $1 million in liability insurance.
- Contractor must have individual workers compensation insurance.
