  • Throughout the term of this Membership Plan, I authorize Constellation to enroll my account to receive electricity supply under the terms of the attached supply agreement when the Constellation rate is lower than the Utility rate. I also authorize Constellation to return my account to the Utility when the Utility rate is lower than the Constellation rate. I understand I must remain on Utility electricity supply while enrolled in the Constellation Membership Plan unless switched to Constellation supply under the terms of the Plan, and I understand that if at any time I want to enroll with a third party supplier other than Constellation, I will need to terminate my Plan membership and will no longer receive the Plan services. If I choose to enroll with a third party supplier, other than Constellation, without terminating this Membership Plan, I understand and agree that Constellation will not be liable for any early termination fees that result if I get switched from that supplier under the terms of the Plan.
